| 目的 研究Pick病患者脑萎缩变化的特点,并动态研究脑萎缩变化的程度和病程及临床之间的相互相关系。方法 2例Pick病患者分别进行5次和7次脑MRI动态观察,并和6例Alzheimer病患者进行对比分析。结果 Pick病早期以Kluver-Bacy综合征和情感障碍为突出,人格改变、行为异常、语言障碍为显著,而智能减退相对较轻较晚,脑MRI以额或/和颞极萎缩为主,尤其颞上回前1/3为明显,其脑MRI的改变和临床特征及病程相一致。"刀片"状、"剪刀"像和"锥柱"样或"蘑菇"状脑萎缩改变可能是Pick病的特点。结论 充分认识这些特征,以利于Pick病的早期临床诊断。 |

| Objective To investigate the features of brain atrophby about Pick's disease,and the relationship between the severely degree and clinical features. Methods Two cases of Pick's disease were followed up by MRI as compared with six cases of Alzheimer's disease. Results Kluver-Bucy syndrome, defects of emotion, changes of personality, abnormalities of action and the disturbances of language were prominent in the early stage, but the disturbances of cognition were relatively mild and late. Cerebral atrophy showed severely in the temporal pole or/ and the frontal pole, especially in the anterior 1/3 of gyrus temporalis superior by MRI,which corresponded to the clinical features.The brain atrophy like"knife", "scissors"and "coniform"or "mushroom" might be one of the features about Pick's disease. MConclusion It is important to understand the salient features for early diagnosis of Pick's disease. |
