| 目的 总结出CT引导下卵巢囊肿硬化剂治疗术前诊断及术中的注意事项。方法 在CT引导下对6例卵巢囊肿行硬化剂治疗,包括4例卵巢巧克力囊肿,2例单纯浆液性囊肿。结果 3例囊腔完全消失,3例囊腔缩小超过2/3,临床症状均全部消失。结论 CT引导下卵巢囊肿硬化剂治疗,方法简单,疗效肯定,但应注意术前明确诊断及术中的事项。 |

| Objective To summarize diagnosis and points for attention before or in the course of operation for ovarian cyst treated with sclerptherotherapy under CT guidance. Methods Six cases with ovarian cyst treated with sclerotherapy under CT guiding. Including four cases of ovarian chocolate cyst. Two cases of pure serous cyst adenoma. Results Cavity of cyst in three cases were all disapper and the other three reduced more 2/3 than original cyst. Simultaneously the clinical symptoms were all vanished. MConclusion This suggests that the method of treatment is uncomplicated and definite curative effect, but we should diagnose clearly before operation and pay attention to the points in the process of operation. |
