| 目的 探讨二维超声显像在引导肝癌射频治疗中的应用与体会。方法 应用二维超声显像技术对90例经皮集束电极射频治疗的肝癌患者进行穿刺引导,并实时监测射频治疗的全过程。结果 90例患者均在超声引导下成功穿刺治疗,并发症少。结论 准确的超声引导集束电极射频治疗术,对提高疗效及减少并发症具有重要意义。 |

| Objective To discuss the clinical application of ultrasound (US)-guide cluster electrode radio-frequency ablation in liver cancer. Methods Using US-guided cluster electrode radio-frequency ablation to treat 90 cases of liver cancer, all process of treatment were observed realtime by ultrasonography. Results US-guided cluster electrode radio-frequency operation of all cases were completed successfuly. Complications were small in number. MConclusion Accurate US-guided radio-frequency ablation of liver cancer is important to increase treatment effect and decrease complications. |
