| 目的 比较多普勒能量显像(Doppler power imaging;DPI)与CDFI对223例肝脏肿瘤内部血流的检出率。方法 将DPI对肝癌癌块内血流图进行0~3级分级评定,对肝血管瘤内血流采用半定量方法进行象限记分。结果 DPI与CDFI 对肝癌病灶内血流检出率分别是86.1%与42.8%,对肝血管瘤内血流检出率分别是84.3%,24.3%,二者有非常显著差异(P<0.01)。结论 DPI在检测肝脏常见肿瘤内血供方面较CDFI敏感 |
