      目的 探讨低场磁共振腹部静脉系统成像的方法。方法 对10例健康者、9例患者进行腹部静脉系统成像,试验选择最佳扫描方向、TR/TE、FA、层厚等参数。结果 缩短TR/TE、增大FA、增加层厚时,信噪比增高。本组TR/TE=51/10ms,FA=60,层厚为5mm时,腹部静脉血流成像信噪比高,伪影少。结论 低场磁共振调整选择适当的成像参数可做出高质量的血流图像,增强MRA可弥补低场强MRA信噪比低的缺陷。
英文摘要:
      Objective To study the method of abdominal vein system imaging in low-field-stength MR Angiography. Methods 9 patients and 10 health individuals were performed abdominal vein system imaging with MR Angiography in orden to choose the best parameters for direction of scanning, TR/TE, FA and layer thickness. Results Signal-to-noise ratio may increase by shortening TR/TE and enlarging FA and layer thickness. In this group, When TR/TE=51/10ms,FA=60, layer thickness=5mm, signal-to-noise ratio of abdominal vein system is the largest and unreal projection is the smallest. Conclusion High quality image may be acquired by adjusting imaging parameters, and strengthened MR Angiography may remedy the short coming of low signal-to-noise ratio generated from low-field-strength MRA.
