| 目的 应用B超定位技术介入体外震波碎石治疗,探讨及提高输尿管下段结石治疗的效果。方法 运用NE-VB电磁冲击波体外碎石机共检查、治疗输尿管下段结石1932例。结果 1932例输尿管下段结石检出率达100％,经用超声定位及超声复查显示本次输尿管下段结石经碎石治疗总有效率为98.8％。结论 在体外震波碎石治疗输尿管下段结石中,B超可以独立完成碎石病例的筛选,碎石治疗焦点定位,术中观察及疗效判断等步骤。熟练运用B超技术,可使输尿管下段结石的碎石治疗总有效 |

| Objective To use ultrasound direction interventing the treatment of ESWL for making an inquring into the result of the lower ureteral calculi with ESWL. Methods 1932 patients with lower ureteral calculi were treated by NE-VB ESWL and under direction of ultrasonography. Results 100% of 1932 patients who were suffered from lower ureteral calculi were found with treatment effective rate 98.3% by using ultrasound directing and checking. Conclusion The ultrasound can alone finish the screening of the ESWL patients, the focus directing of the ESWL treatment, observing during the ESWL operation and deciding of the treatment affection, and so on. It is improved the total effective rate of the ESWL treating the lower ureteral calculi to use the ultrasound technique skilled. |
