| 目的 分析子宫内膜增生症的声像图特征,探讨子宫内膜增生症超声诊断的临床意义,旨在提高诊断的准确性。方法 搜集1997-1999年间260例子宫内膜增生症、经手术和刮宫后病理证实的B超检查资料,进行回顾性分析。结果 术前声像图分型和术后病理分型基本相同,分四种类型:①增生期子宫内膜45例,占17.3%。②子宫内膜囊腺样增生74例,占28.5%。③子宫内膜腺瘤样增生121例,占46.5%。④子宫内膜萎缩型并部分增生20例,占7.7%。结论 掌握子宫内膜 |

| Objective To explore sonographic features of endometrial hyperplasia(EH) and the clinical value of ultrasonic diagnosis in order to improve the diagnostic accuracy. Methods 260 cases of EH verified by pathology after operation and curettage from 1997 to 1999 were analysed retrospectively. Results 260 cases were divided into 4 types in sonography:Ⅰ proliferative phase endometrium:45 (17.3%), Ⅱ cystic hyperplasia of endometrium 74 (28.5%), Ⅲ adenomatosis hyperplasia of endometrium 121 (46.5%), Ⅳ atrophic endometrium and partial proliferation 20 (7.7%), and accorded with pathology. Conclusion The sonographic features of EH was very important to make the differential diagnosis between early endometrial carcinoma and other diseases of endometrium. |
