| 目的 研究浆细胞性乳腺炎的超声图特点及诊断价值。方法 对32例经手术病理证实的浆细胞性乳腺炎的声像图资料及3例彩色多普勒结果进行回顾性分析,并与手术病理对照。结果 本组超声诊断符合率56.3%,根据超声所见并结合手术病理结果,将其声像图表现分为五型。Ⅰ型实块型13例,Ⅱ型混合型12例,Ⅲ型脓肿型3例,Ⅳ型弥漫型2例,Ⅴ型溃疡窦道型2例。结论 超声对浆细胞性乳腺炎定位准确,结合临床可对本病作出初步诊断。 |

| Objective To study ultrasonographic imagine feature and diagnosis value of plasma cell mastitis. Methods 32 patients with plasma cell mastitis confirmed by pathological and operation were studied retrospectively. Results The accurate diagnostic rate was 56.3%. Combining pathological and operational finding, these patients were divided into 5 types: parenchyma type (n:13), mix type (n:12), abscess type (n:3), diffuse type(n:2),ulcer type(n:2). Conclusion Combining clinical presentation, plasm cell matitis could be diagnosed initially by located accurately with ultrasonography. |
