| 目的 评价CT在乳腺疾病诊断和鉴别诊断的价值。方法 52例病理证实的乳腺疾病先作全乳腺的平扫,其中38例平扫后加增强扫描。47例同时进行钼钯照片。结果 肿块边缘的毛刺、尖角及细小的簇状钙化为乳腺癌较特征性的表现。病灶明显强化、皮肤增厚、皮下索条状增粗影也是重要的征象。结论 CT在乳腺疾病的诊断和鉴别诊断,判断预后有重要价值。 |

| Objective To evaluate the value of the spiral CT in diagnosis and differential diagnosis of breast disease. Methods 52 patients with breast disease confirmed by pathology, CT scan on the breast was performed, among which 38 patients received contrast enhanced CT scan. Mammography was also performed in 47 patients. Results Breast cancer was characterized with its crablike margin, fine cluster of calcification, while other important evidence included the apparent enhancement of the lesions, thickened skin and sub-coetaneous thick stripes. Conclusion CT is a valuable modality in diagnosis, differential diagnosis and anticipation of the prognosis. |
