| 目的 分析原发性支气管肺癌钙化的分布及其鉴别诊断意义。方法 收集经病理证实的并含肉眼可见钙化的原发性支气管肺癌32例,回顾性分析CT像上钙化的分布特征及与原发肿瘤病理类型的关系,用非配对t检验行统计学分析。结果 病灶平均最大直径5.4±2.3cm (2.0~13.0cm),其中直径5cm以下者3例。偏心性钙化16例,其中9例为腺癌,鳞癌7例。中心性者14例,包括腺癌5 例,鳞癌5例,小细胞癌2例,低度恶性肿瘤1例,未能分型1例。钙化数目5枚、4枚、 |

| Objective To analysis CT distribution patterns of calcification in primary bronchogenic carcinoma,and its diagnostic value. Methods Thirteen-two cases of histologically proven primary bronchogenic carcinoma with gross calcification by CT were retrospectively demonstrated. The distribution patterns of calcium and their correlation to pathologically characteristics were analyzed. Results The diameters of total 32 tumors were 2.0~13.0cm (with mean of 5.4±2.3cm). Three cases were less than 5cm. Sixteen cases presents as eccentric pattern, with adenocarcinoma of 9,and squamous carcinoma of 7; Fourteen cases were distributed as central pattern, including adenocarcinoma 5, squamous carcinoma 5, small cell carcinoma 2, lower-degree malignant tumor 1, carcinoma of histological unknown 1 case, respectively. Three cases each have 5, 4 and 3 small nodular of calcium, The case with 4 nodular calcium had both central and eccentric patterns. another one was of dissemiated-sandy calcium, Less 25 were all whith one nodular. There was no relevant to distribution of each calcification pattern groups . There was also no significant difference in cases and spectrums of histologically types between central and eccentric groups(P>0.05). Conclusion Calcification of the lung cancer may distributed as both central or eccentric patterns, there were no relevant to confidential diagnosis of a solitary pulmonary nodules with its distribution. |
