| 目的 应用经胸及经食管超声心动图(TTE,TEE)技术评价高血压病患者左心耳功能。方法 测定26例健康人和28例高血压病患者左心耳最大容积、最小容积、左心耳容积变化率和充盈血流速度峰值、排空血流速度峰值,并将高血压病患者按左房内径和左室射血分数分为2组。 结果 随高血压病患者左房和左心耳逐渐扩大,其容积变化率下降,血流频谱形态改变及血流峰速降低,经TEE虽然较TTE检查图像清晰,但TTE更方便、易行。结论 应用TTE及TEE技术评价高血压病患者左心 |

| Objective To evaluate the left atrium appendage (LAA) function in essential hypertension (EH) by transthoracic and transesophageal echocardiography (TTE,TEE). Methods In 26 normal subjects and 28 patients with EH, the maximal volume, the minimal volume, the rate of the changed LAA volume (LAA-EF) and the peak filling and emptying velocities of LAA were measured. The patients with EH were divided into two groups according to the left atrium diameter and left ventricular EF. Results In EH, when the LA and LAA dilated, the LAA-EF decreased, the shape of LAA flow patterns changed and the peak of flow velocities lowed. Conclusion The assessment of LAA function in EH by TTE and TEE may be helpful to prophesy the developing of hypertension and identify the risk of thrombus formation. |
