| 目的 探求一种简便,无创的方法评价行经皮二尖瓣球囊成形术(PBMV)病人的肺动脉压水平。方法 分别对284例术前超声证实存在三尖瓣返流(TR),143例术后仍存在TR的二尖瓣狭窄(MS)患者,利用Doppler估测其肺动脉收缩压(PASP)值,并与相应导管值做线性相关研究。结果 PBMV术前后Doppler估测的PASP值与导管值之间均存在良好的直线相关性,r值分别为0.85,0.87。结论 利用Doppler估测PASP作为一种简单 |

| Objective To find a simple and noninvasive method for estimating pulmonary artery systolic pressure (PASP) in patients underwent percutaneous balloon mitral valvuloplasty (PBMV). Methods Two hundred and eighty-four patients with mitral stenosis and tricuspid reguragitation (TR) were studied before valvuloplasty, and TR still existed in 143 patients of them after valvuloplasty. PASP of patients was estimated by Doppler using the modified Bernouli equation. Following, the correlation between Doppler-estimated and catheter-measured PASP was studied. Results There was a good correlation between Doppler and catheterization for PASP (r=0.84 pre-valvuloplasty, r=0.85 post-valvuloplasty). Conclusion As a simple ,economical ,and noninvasive method of estimating PASP in patients underwent PBMV, Doppler can be used more widely in clinical practice. |
