| 目的 研究眼眶、五官结外非霍奇金淋巴瘤相对特征的CT表现。方法 回顾分析13例经病理证实的非霍奇金淋巴瘤的CT资料。结果 13例中,眼眶淋巴瘤4例,上颌窦淋巴瘤2例,鼻咽淋巴瘤4例,扁桃体淋巴瘤2例,鼻腔淋巴瘤1例。其中伴眼睑肿物2例,相邻鼻背、颌面部皮肤软组织肿胀3例,局部骨质吸收2例。结论 眼眶,鼻窦,上颌窦,鼻腔肿物,相邻鼻背,颌面部皮肤肿胀或形成肿物,不伴骨质破坏,是提示淋巴瘤的重要线索。 |

| Objective To investigate the CT findings of non-Hodgkin's disease lymphoma in orbit and five sense organs out of lymph node. Methods 13 patients with non-Hodgkin's disease lymphoma in orbit and five sense organs out of lymph diagnosed pathology retrospectively were analyzed based on their CT data. Results 13 cases of all were non-Hodgkin's disease lymphoma. There were lymphoma of orbit in 4 cases, lymphoma of maxillary sinus in 2 cases, lymphoma of tonsil in 2 cases, lymphoma in nasal 1 case, lymphoma of nasopharynx in 4 case. There was eyelid tumor in 2 cases, soft tissue tumefaction in adjacent maxillary region of nose back in 3 cases and local bone absorption in 2 cases. Conclusion Tumors in orbit maxillary sinus and nasal cavity were not concomitant with bone destruction. The sicken tumefaction or tumors formed in adjacent eyelid and maxillary region of nose back are important clue of lymphoma. |
