| 目的 研究透明隔缺如及其伴随畸形的CT表现。方法 回顾性研究36例透明隔缺如及其伴随畸形,分析其CT影像并进行脑室大小的测量。结果 36例病人中单纯透明隔缺如4例,合并其它畸形32例,共合并6种脑先天性畸形,脑室测量显示透明隔缺如组的侧脑室明显大于正常对照组。结论 透明隔缺如是一种单纯性的或伴发的先天性畸形,通常引起脑室系统扩张。 |

| Purpose To study CT features of absence of septum pellucidum and accompany malformations. Methods 36 cases of absence of septum pellucidum were retrospectively studied, the CT images analysis and measurement of lateral ventricles were performed. Results Simple absence of septum pellucidum were seen in 4 cases, absence of septum pellucidum accompany six kinds of malformations were seen in 32 cases. The size measurement of lateral ventricles showed the sizes of group of absence of septum pellucidum were larger than the control group. Conclusion Absence of septum pellucidum is a simple or accompany congenital malformation and usually has the dilation of lateral ventricles. |
