目的 探讨颅内肿瘤脑脊液端粒酶活性的表达,评价其作为肿瘤标记物及临床意义。方法 取19例颅内肿瘤和5例脑外伤患者脑脊液标本,应用改良的银染端粒重复序列扩增法(TRAP)进行端粒酶活性检测。结果 19例颅内肿瘤脑脊液标本中3例表现出端粒酶活性,阳性率15.8% (3/19),3例阳性者分别为室管膜瘤、肺癌脑转移和复发胶质瘤。5例脑外伤患者脑脊液标本无端粒酶活性表达。结论 脑脊液中端粒酶活性检测对评估颅内肿瘤生物学特性和临床意义具有重要参考价值。 |

Objective To determine telomerase activity in cerebral spinal fluid (CSF) of intracranial tumors and explore its clinical significance as a tumor marker. Methods A modified telomeric repeat amplification protocal (TRAP) by silver staining was performed in 19 cases of intracranial tumors and 5 cases of brain injuries. Results Telomerase activity was detected in 3 of 19 (15.8%) intracranial tumors, which were 1 case of ependymoma, brain metastases of lung carcinoma and recurrent glioma respectively.Whereas telomerase acivity was absent in CSF samples of 5 brain injuries. Conclusion The detection of telomerase activation was a valuable index for evaluating the biologic characteristics in CSF. |
