| 目的 报道一种新近由复合铁磁性原料研制成功的口服磁共振胃肠造影剂——D98A。方法 按照新药研究的方法,进行了毒理、代谢、动力学、体外试管及动物体内磁共振成像试验,并对其进行了效果分析。结果和结论 这种对比剂易于接受,安全性好,成像浓度范围宽,性能稳定,成本低,有优良超顺磁性的阴性对比效果,为临床试验提供了依据。 |

| Objective The text reported a kind magnetic oral MRI negative contrast agent as for gastrointestinal tract by compound material of iron magnetism developing successful newly——D98A. Methods The new drug research Methods includeded poisonousness study,metabolite study,motive power study,external test-tube and magnetic resonance imaging of animal study,and test evaluation analysis was carried out. Results and Conclusion It showed that this oral contrast agent had a good security, had wide consideration area, had low cost, had good Superparamagnetic contrast effect, and provides useful knowledge for clinical expermentation. |
