中文摘要:
      目的 编制出合理的软件程序,对颈动脉系列截面图进行三维超声重建。方法 用自行研制的机械臂及软件系统采集颈动脉图像并进行数字化处理,再用计算机图形学方法重建出血管三维图像。结果 应用三维图形库OpenGL绘制出具有真实感的三维血管表面图像并进行定量测定。结论 该软件系统简单、合理、便于操作,可完成血管等距横断面图像的三维重建。
英文摘要:
      Objective To develop an application software that restructures the two-dimensional carotid artery images into the three-dimensional echocardiography. Methods The two-dimension carotid artery images are acquired and processed by self-made mechanical arm and self-developed software, with which the three-dimension surface of artery blood vessel is reconstructed by using the theory and method of the image processing and computer graphics. Results The verisimilitude three-dimensional graph of the blood vessel surface is plotted with OpenGL graphic library and the quantification calculation is available. Conclusion The software system is simple, reasonable and can reconstruct a series equal appearing interval cross section images of carotid artery into three-dimensional.
