目的 自行设计一种自动微进给装置,它能连接超声探头进行血管四维超声重建的精确采样。方法 利用机械力学原理设计一种多自由度、能准确进行微位移步进装置。通过控制步进电机的转动来实现,采用一种简化的丝杆螺母副结构。结果 本研究已设计并制造出一个多自由度机械臂与探头相接,另一部分是步进电机,保证每次微位移为2mm。结论 该装置设计合理,结构简单、紧凑,操作方便,运行可靠,经济实用,得到了临床的认可。 |

Objective To design and make a micro-drive multidimensional mechanical arm, which drive ultrasound transducer to take sample of carotid artery. Methods According to the principle of mechanics and electricity, a simplification vice-structure is used as mechanical arm and micro-motor is used as drive device. Results Developed and made a multiple-free mechanical arm motor can control every parallel movement at 2mm. Conclusion The self-made mechanical arm has a reasonable design, simple structure, convenient use and got the clinic acceptance. |
