目的 研究市售增感屏、胶片主要成像性能,并在此基础上建立起系列型谱,指导临床使用。方法 选取国际主要品牌型号增感屏19种,测定其荧光光谱、调制传递函数曲线及极限分辨率,选取国际主要品牌型号X线胶片13种,测定其感光特性、感色峰等参数。根据测得的各项数据,排列、组合成22种屏—片组合方式,给出系列型谱。结果 给出各种感度增感屏的适用情况及绘制成系列型谱供临床选用参考。结论 增感屏—胶片的最优化组合能在提高图像质量及降低幅射剂量方面平衡到最佳点。 |

Purpose To investigate the imaging properties of the commercially available screens and films in order to establish the serial type spectra and conduct the clinical utility. Methods For this study, nineteen commercially available screens were chosen for determining their fluorescence spectra,mapping the modulation transfer functions and measuring the limit resolution, and thirteen commercially available X-ray films were also selected and their photo sensitivities and the peaks of colour sensitivities were evaluated. Results Twenty-two screen-film assemblies and their serial type spectra were established for clinical utility. Conclusion The optimal screen-film combination could mostly balance the improvement of the image quality and the reduction of radiation. |
