| 目的 评价经静脉Levovist造影超声对盆腔肿块的诊断价值。方法 盆腔肿块17例,18个肿块行能量谐波声学造影(PHCI),其中子宫肌瘤7例,子宫腺肌瘤3例,巧克力囊肿2例,卵巢囊性畸胎瘤 6例,经肘静脉注射造影剂Levovist。结果 7例子宫肌瘤边缘环形及内部星点状血流密度增高;3例子宫腺肌瘤及2例巧克力囊肿呈星点状血流;6例卵巢囊性畸胎瘤未见血流信号。结论 通过能量谐波声学造影提高了子宫血流信号的敏感性,有助于盆腔肿块性质的鉴别。 |

| Objective To evaluate efficiency of ultrasound contrast Levovist for diagnosis of pelvic mass. Methods Power harmonic contrast imaging (PHCI) was used for diagnosis of 18 cases of pelvic mass, including 7 hysteromyoma, 3 endometrioma, 2 chocolate cyst and 6 ovary cystic teratoma. The contrasts Levovist were administered through elbow veins. Results After administration of PHCI, the peripheral circular and internal spots blood flow signals were shown in 7 hysteromyoma; 3 endometrioma and 2 chocolate cyst show some inside color spots; while no signal was observed in 6 ovary cystic teratoma. Conclusion PHCI can enhance intensity of the blood flow signals in uterus. It is helpful for nature identification of pelvic mass. |
