| 目的 探讨胰头癌的CT表现特征。方法 回顾性分析42例经手术病理证实的胰头癌的CT平扫和增强资料。结果 胰头癌的CT表现:直接征象为平扫呈低或等密度肿块,增强后呈不均匀或边缘强化,间接征象有主胰管扩张,胆总管扩张,胰体尾部萎缩等。结论 CT可较好地显示胰头癌病灶及其胰周受累情况,对胰头癌的诊断有较高的价值。 |

| Objective To study the CT characteristic appearance of the carcinoma of the pancreatic head (CPH). Methods 42 patients with pancreatic carcinoma confirmed by operation and pathology were reviewed.All patients underwent CT plain and contrast enhancde scanning. Results The CT appearance of the CPH were:the direct signs were iso-densitive or low-densitive mass. The indirect signs were pancreatic bile duct, dilatation bile duct, and tumors invasive sign of CPH. Conclusion CT can showed the mass of CPH and tumors invasive sign of CPH. |
