| 目的 应用多普勒超声心动图评价向心性肥胖者左心室功能。方法 应用多普勒超声心动图检测技术对27例向心性肥胖者和正常对照组的左室功能的各项指标进行比较。结果 向心性肥胖组与正常对照组比,代表左室收缩功能的各项指标无显著性差异,代表左室舒张功能的各项指标存在显著性差异。结论 向心性肥胖者左室舒张功能减低。 |

| Objective To evaluate the left ventricular function in obesity. Methods 27 obesities and the same number of normal adults were examined with Doppler ultrasound. Results There are not significant difference of the left ventricular systolic function between the two groups. There are significant difference of the left ventricular diastolic function between the two groups. Conclusion The obesity has a worse diastolic function of left ventricle than the health adult. |
