| 目的 探讨胼胝体脂肪瘤的CT表现及诊断价值。方法 回顾性研究13例胼胝体脂肪瘤病人的临床及CT表现。结果 13例病人共发现胼胝体脂肪瘤15个,其它部位脂肪瘤10个,CT显示胼胝体脂肪瘤多合并其它畸形,CT测量了病变的大小、形状、数量及CT值。结论 胼胝体脂肪瘤可位于胼胝体区或胼胝体周围,CT具有特征性表现及诊断价值。 |

| Purpose To explore the diagnostic values of CT in the lipoma of corpus callosum. Methods Retrospectively studied manifestation of CT and clinic in 13 patients with lipoma of corpus callosum. Results 15 lipomas in corpus callosum and 10 lipomas in other area were demonstrated in CT images. Accompany intracranial malformation, lesions size, lesions numbers, lesions shape and CT values were demonstrated in CT images. Conclusion The lipomas of corpus callosum were situated in the area of corpus callosum and peri-corpus callosum. CT can make specific diagnosis. |
