目的 测量上颌窦自然口的面积与上颌窦炎症自然口的面积,并比较二者的差异。方法 经过螺旋CT冠状位扫描或轴位扫描的原始数据被传输到工作站上,观察窦口-鼻道复合体等解剖结构,测量象素面积。测量某一线段在三维图像和二维图像上的毫米象素比,计算出平方毫米面积。结果 鼻甲、鼻道和窦口鼻道复合体等结构在仿真内窥镜下能更好地被显示,正常组上颌窦自然口的面积均值为16.4mm2,异常组面积均值为18.3mm2。两组数据无显著性差异。结论 仿真内镜测量上颌窦自然口的面积,不但具有可行性,且对认识上颌窦炎具有重要的价值。 |

Objective To measure mean area of ostium of normal maxillary sinus and maxillary sinusitis on virtual endoscopy. Methods After patients were scanned on coronal or axial position, datas were transferred to workstation. Such anatomy structures as ostium-meatus complex(OMC) were viewed by virtual endoscopy (VE). Under same conditions, pixel/mm was worked out. At last, area(mm2) were concluded. SPSS statistic software was applied. Results Turbinates, meatus and ostium-meatus complex were clearly viewed by virtual endoscopy(VE). Normal area is 16.4mm2,abnormal area is 18.3mm2. Conclusion Measurement of area of maxillary sinus by virtual endoscopy is applicable and valuable to find out cause of sinusitis. |
