| 目的 研究眼眶海绵状血管瘤的CT表现,尤其动态增强扫描在诊断和鉴别诊断海绵状血管瘤中的价值。方法 经CT扫描及手术病理证实为眼眶海绵状血管瘤41例,均行平扫及强化扫描。常规增强扫描组21例;动态增强扫描组20例。结果 常规强化扫描组21例,有14例显示不同程度强化,术前正确诊断率为52.38%(11/21);动态增强扫描组20例,有17例肿瘤大于2cm,并显示"渐进性强化"特点,术前正确诊断率为85.00%(17/20)。结论 动态增强扫描可明显提高眼眶海绵状血管瘤的正确诊断率,尤其"渐进性强化"为其特点。 |

| Objective To study the CT finding of orbital cavernous hemangioma and the evaluation of CT dynamic scanning in diagnosis of orbital cavernous hemangioma. Methods 41 cases with orbital cavernous hemangioma were proved by surgery and pathology, both pre-contrast and post-contrast were performed in all cases, conventional enhancement group in 21 cases; dynamic enhancement group in 20 cases. Results Conventional enhancement CT group showed different degree enhancement in 14 cases, The rate of correct diagnosis is 52.38%(11/21); CT dynamic enhancement group showed "progressive enhancement" in 17 cases ,the rate of correct diagnosis is 85%(17/20). Conclusion The rate of correct diagnosis in orbital cavernous hemangioma can be improved by dynamic enhancement CT scanning which showed it's specific sign "progressive enhancement". |
