目的 研究热灌注液经肝动脉灌注对犬肝组织学及肝、肾功的影响。方法 经犬肝动脉灌注入60℃生理盐水180ml,持续30min。比较热灌注前后肝脏组织及肝、肾功的变化。结果 ①谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶于灌注后24h开始升高,72h达高峰(P<0.01),216h后恢复正常;总胆红素、白蛋白、γ-谷氨酰基移换酶无明显变化(P>0.05);②肝组织可见一过性损伤,168h后正常;③肾功无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论 介入性热疗对犬肝组织及肝、肾功能有一过性影响。 |

Objective The current study was designed to investigate the influence of interventional thermotherapy at 60℃ through hepatic artery on liver and kidney function of dog. Methods A total of 180 ml saline at 60℃ were perfused through hepatic artery of a dog in 30 minutes. Changes of the liver and kidney function of the dog were observed. Results ALT(alanine aminotransferase)and AST(aspartate transaminase)increased in 24 hours after perfusion and reached the peak in 72 hours,but recovered in a week ,while T-BIL(total bilirubin), ALB(albumin) and γ-GT(γ-glutamyltransferase) indicated no significant changes. Cloudy of liver tissue was temporary.BUN(blood urea nitrogen)and Cr(creatinine)showed no signicant changes, too. UA(uric acid)increased temporarily. Conclusion Transient influence on the liver tissue of dog is temporary, but recovered in a week. The liver and kidney function of dog may be affected after interventional thermotherapy at 60℃ through hepatic artery. |
