| 目的 探讨磁共振成像在早期股骨头缺血坏死诊断中的作用。方法 比较20例32侧股骨头缺血坏死X线平片、CT及MRI的表现及诊断结果。结果 在20例32侧股骨头缺血坏死中,X线平片确诊其中的23侧(71.9%);CT确诊11例19侧股骨头中的14侧(73.7%); MRI发现所有病例的股骨头缺血坏死(100%)。在MRI中,各组病例的T1WI、T2WI及STIR的表现各不相同。结论 MRI诊断早期股骨头缺血坏死较平片和CT更敏感。 |

| Objective To investigate the value of MRI in the early diagnosis of avascular necrosis of the femoral head. Methods Plain film and MRI examinations of 32 femoral heads of 20 cases were performed. CT were performed in 11 cases. Diagnostic Results of three modalitis were compaired. Results In the 32 avascular necrosis of the femoral heads of the 20 cases,MR detected all of them (100%); X-ray film detected 23 of them (71.9%);CT detected 14 of 19 avascular necrosis of the femoral heads in 11 cases (73.7%). Different specific signs were shown in MR imagings in each groups. Conclusion MRI is the most sensitive modality in the early diagnosis of avascular necrosis of the femoral head. |
