| 目的 介绍椎体硬化成型术(VP)对脊柱转移瘤的治疗作用及其临床效果。方法 46例脊柱转移瘤病人行62次椎体硬化成型术,男33例,女13例。年龄31~71岁(平均52岁)。结果 脊柱转移瘤分型:中心型(病变位于椎体中心)占38.6%,单侧型(病变位于椎体一侧)占29.5%,弥漫型(椎体病变广泛)占31.9%。脊柱转移瘤分期:早期(病变局限于椎体内<1/4)占18.2%,晚期(破坏椎体>2/3而且形成肿块)占20.5%,中期(介于早、中期之间)占61.3%。转移瘤止痛 |

| Objective To introduce the applications and effects of vertebroplasty (VP) for spinal metastasis. Methods 46 patients with 62 times of VP, 33 male and 13 female, the age is from 31 to 70 years old (average of 52 years old). Results Types of spinal metastasis: center type (lesion was located at the center of vertebra) was 38.6%, unilateral type (lesion was located at the one side of vertebra) was 29.5%, diffuse type (lesion was diffuse) was 31.9%. stages of vertebral metastasis: early stage (destructive range was<1/4 vertebra) was 18.2%, advanced stage (destructive range was>2/3 with tumor mass) was 20.5%, middle stage (between early stage and advanced stage) was 61.3%. Analgesic effect reached 93.5%. Conclusion Vertebroplasty has play the role of analgesic effect and anti-vertebral compression fracture. No complications of our group. |
