| 目的 探讨预测胎儿高动力循环状态的血流参数比值指标。方法 应用二维超声、彩色多普勒能量图及脉冲多普勒技术对17例17~31孕周高动力循环状态胎儿及215例16~31孕周正常胎儿大脑中动脉血流参数及头围进行检测。结果 高动力循环状态组胎儿每分钟单位头围大脑中动脉的最大速度及平均速度均高于正常组(P<0.001)。所有高动力循环状态胎儿每分钟单位头围大脑中动脉的最大速度及平均速度均高于正常高限,平均速度与正常高限的比值大于最大速度与正常高限的比值( |

| Purpose To study prognostic blood flow parameters ratios to fetal hyperdynamic circulation. Methods Blood flow parameters of middle cerebral artery and head circumference were assessed in 17 fetus with hyperdynamic circulation at 17 to 31 weeks' gestation and 215 normal fetus at 16 to 31 weeks' gestation by two-dimension imaging, color Doppler power imaging and pulsed Doppler. Results Unit head circumference maximum and mean blood flow velocities per minute of fetus with hyperdynamic circulation were higher than that of normal fetus(P<0.001). Unit head circumference maximum and mean blood flow velocities per minute of all fetus with hyperdynamic circulation were higher than reference ranges, the increase in the latter was higher than that in the former(P<0.05). Conclusion Blood flow parameters ratios of the middle cerebral artery can predict fetal hyperdynamic circulation. |
