| 目的 评价子宫海绵状血管瘤(CHU)的超声影像学表现。方法 对4例CHU做了经腹壁常规超声检查和彩色多普勒血流显像(CDFI)。结果 CHU表现为两型:弥漫型和局限型,均限于子宫肌壁内。特征性声像图表现为蜂窝状无回声暗区,CDFI其内未见明显血流信号显示,边缘可见丰富的树枝状血流。结论 超声检查对CHU的诊断、鉴别诊断和治疗具有重要指导意义。 |

| Objective To assess the ultrasonic presentation of cavernous hemangiomas of the uterus (CHU). Methods Four patients with CHU were examined by ultrasonography and color Doppler flow imaging. Results Ultrasonogram of CHU presented two types: type of diffusion and limitation, all limited in myometrium. The ultrasonogram characteristic of CHU was just like honeycomb anechoic opaca. There was no obvious blood signal in all the angiomas, but rich blood flow just like limb could be seen around the lesion. Conclusion The ultrasonography is important to the diagnosis, difference diagnosis and clinical treatment of CHU. |
