| 目的 提高对脾包虫病影像学表现的认识。方法 回顾性分析8例经手术病理证实的脾包虫病的临床、CT和超声资料,探讨其影像学表现特点及诊断。结果 本组8例脾脏包虫的CT表现为单纯囊肿4例,内囊分离1例,多子囊2例,实质钙化1例。其中6例可见致密清晰的囊壁,囊内为水样低密度。增强扫描病变区未见增强。4例作了超声检查,其中3例显示双层囊壁,囊内为无回声液性暗区。本组中同时伴有肝包虫病者6例。结论 脾包虫病虽然少见,但其影像学表现有一定特点,在脾脏囊性病变的鉴别诊断中不应忽视。 |

| Objective To improve the knowledge of imaging findings in splenic hydatidosis. Methods The clinical,CT and US finidings in 8 splenic hydatidosis patients,confirmed by operation and pathology,were retrospectively analysed. The imaging features and diagnosis were also discussed. Results On abdominal CT scans, 8 cases displayed as occupation in the spleen,which included uniloculated cyst,multiloculated cyst,cyst with split wall and calcific lesion. all lesions except one were of lower attenuation than the surrounding spleen. Clear and densed wall were found in 6 lesions. No lesion enhanced on postcontrast scan; Sonograms were obtained in 4 patients. Three lesions were anechoic with well demarcated two-layer wall and one was echogenic. Hepatic hydatidosis were proved in 6 cases. Conclusion With some imaging features, although splenic hydatidosis is rare, it should not be neglected in the differential diagnosis when a cystic splenic lesion is found with sonography or CT. |
