| 目的 对尿毒症脑病颅脑影像学检查价值做一初步探讨。方法 对41例尿毒症脑病患者进行颅脑CT和/或MRI检查并与同期41例其它原因做颅脑CT和/或MRI的患者做比较。结果 尿毒症脑病颅脑影像学表现为脑萎缩(36/41,84.37%),有局部病灶(19/41,46.34%)。对照组脑萎缩(9/41,21.95%),局部病灶(1/41,2.44%),两组有显著差异。结论 影像学检查为中枢神经系统受损程度的量化提供了客观依据,加深了对尿毒症性脑病概念的理解,可以作为尿毒症性脑病的常规检查手段。 |

| Purpose To discuss the value of the image examinations for the uremic encephalopathy. Methods We examined 41 patients of the uremic encephalopathy by the CT or/and the MRI. And we choosed 41 cases which make the CT examination of brain as the contrast team. Results The image appearance of the uremic encephalopathy is the brain atrophy(36/41,84.37%),and some local disease focus(19/41,46.34%). And in the contrast patients the rate is the brain atrophy(9/41,21.95%), local disease focus(1/41,2.44%). It is remarkable difference between the two groups. Conclusion The image examinations can supply the evidence to quantitate the damage degree of the brain. They make the cunrept of the uremic encephalopathy tobe deeply understood. They can be the conventional examination for the uremic encephalopathy. |
