| 目的 探讨胃癌的螺旋CT强化特征,评价口服水螺旋CT三期增强扫描对胃癌分期及大体分型的诊断价值。方法 对44例进展期胃癌患者实施胃气钡双对比造影及口服水螺旋CT三期增强扫描,并与术后病理对照。结果 ① 44例胃癌中,32例以门静脉期强化程度为著,与动脉期比较有显著性差异 (t =4.226,P<0.05)。② 钡餐造影及螺旋CT对胃癌分型总的准确率分别为75.0%和86.5%。③ 螺旋CT三期增强扫描对胃癌 TNM分期的准确性为 81.8%。结论 螺旋CT对胃癌大体分型的准确性优于钡餐造影,对胃癌术前TNM分期的准确性明显优于普通CT。 |

| Objective To investigate helical CT enhancement characteristics of gastric carcinoma and evaluate the diagnostic value of the gross appearance and preoperative staging of gastric carcinoma with triphase incremental helical CT of the stomach with water-filling method. Methods Both double-contrast barium examination and triphase incremental helical CT of the stomach with water-filling method were performed in 44 patients with advanced gastric carcinoma. Results ① Among these patients, 32 patients was showed marked enhancement in the venous phase contrast with the arterial phase, (t=4.226, P<0.05). ② The accuracy of double -contrast barium examination and helical CT in categorizing the gross appearance of carcinoma of the stomach was 75.0% and 86.5% respectively. ③ The total accuracy of triphase incremental helical CT in determining TNM-staging was 81.8%. Conclusion The accuracy of helical CT is higher than that of double -contrast barium examination in categorizing the gross appearance of carcinoma of the stomach. The accuracy of helical CT is more accurate than that of common CT in the preoperative staging of gastric carcinoma. |
