| 目的 探讨CDFI在软组织肿瘤中的应用价值。方法 对25例软组织肿瘤行彩色多普勒血流显像研究,测量其血流参数。结果 软组织恶性肿瘤内血流速度明显高于良性肿瘤,而阻力指数恶性肿瘤内低于良性肿瘤,两组对比具有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论 表明彩色多普勒血流显像是一种简便、有效的辅助检查方法。 |

| Purpose To distinguish diagnostic value of CDFI in soft mass. Methods 25patients were examined by CDFI and confirmed by pathology. Results The peak flow velocity in malignant was higher than that in benign, but the resistance index(RI) in malignant was lower than that in benign. Conclusion The color Doppler flow imaging is a useful, specifical and valuable method in the diagnosis of soft mass. |
