| 目的 研究脊柱骨单发嗜酸性肉芽肿的特殊X线表现,进一步提高对该疾病的诊断正确率。 方法 收集7例经手术、病理证实的脊柱骨单发嗜酸性肉芽肿,术前均摄脊椎正、侧位X线片。 结果 发生于颈椎3例、胸椎2例、腰椎2例;其特殊X线表现为附件破坏伴软组织肿块、椎体密度增高而体积不变、椎体压缩伴椎间隙狭窄和椎体囊状破坏而椎体未压缩等。 结论 认识它的特殊 X线表现有助于诊断与鉴别诊断,同时,对该疾病的正确诊断有赖于临床、病理和X线表现相结合。 |

| Objective To study atypical radiological findings of single eosinophilic granuloma of spinal column,further raising diagnosis accuracy rate for the disease. Methods Collecting 7 patients who were verified by operation and pathology of single eosinophilic granuloma of vertebrae,there were X-ray films before operation every patient. Results Site of lesion:3 cases were located in cervical vertebrae,2 in thoracec vertebrae,2 in lumbar vertebrae.Special X-ray appearances were:spinous process destruction accompanying with soft tissue mass;density increased in vertebral body with invariable volume;Vertebral body became small and intervertebral space became narrow;vertebral body appeared osteolytic bone destruction with invariable volume. Conclusion Recognition its special X-ray manifestations was helpful for diagnosis and differential diagnosis.Meanwhile,there must rely on a combination of clinical,pathologic and X-ray signs for correcting diagnosis. |
