| 目的 通过对治疗计划的分析,说明CT影像在早期乳腺癌保乳术后根治性放疗中的重要作用和临床价值。 方法 对46例以CT影像为基础的早期乳腺术后放疗的治疗计划做回顾性分析。 结果 46例采用CT影像设计的治疗计划剂量分布符合治疗原则,减少了肺组织所受照射量,心脏受到保护,乳腺受照射剂量均匀。 结论 CT影像用于放疗计划的设计是实现精确的乳腺癌放射治疗不可缺少的基础和保障,具有重要的临床价值。 |

| Objective To assess the function and clinical value of CT imaging in the postoperative radiotherapy for early breast cancer. Methods 46 treatment plans of early breast cancer patients treated with conservative surgery and postoperative radiotherapy were analyzed retrospectively. Results The dose distribution of 46 treatment plans based on the CT imaging were accord with the principles of radiotherapy. The amount of lung irradiated was decreased and the heart was protected from the radiation. The dose distribution of irradiated breast was homogeneous. Conclusion The use of CT imaging for designs of treatment planning is the base and guarantee that to bring about the precise radiotherapy. It has high clinical value. |
