| 目的 通过高场强MR对脊膜瘤的表现特征进行分析,探讨MR对脊膜瘤的诊断价值。方法 经手术病理证实脊膜瘤18例,所有病例均采用Siemens 63SP型1.5T超导型磁共振扫描仪的自旋回波T1加权及T2加权序列进行扫描,常规行矢状位扫描,必要时加扫轴位和/或冠状位。所有病例均通过MR图像对肿瘤的部位、形态、大小、边界、信号、是否发生坏死囊变、椎间孔改变及增强后强化情况各方面进行观察分析。结果 18例脊膜瘤中发生于颈椎6例、胸椎12例,肿瘤位于脊髓前方9例,位于脊髓后方2例,偏右侧4例,偏左侧3例。肿瘤呈圆形11例,病灶直径平均为1.89cm,病灶内信号均匀13例,略不均匀5例,T1加权图像呈等信号17例,略短信号1例,T2加权图像呈等信号9例,略长信号9例,明显均匀强化14例。 结论 脊膜瘤在MR图像上具有诸多的特征性表现,通过MR检查一般可对脊膜瘤做出正确的诊断。 |

| Objective To analyze characteristic findings of meningioma and explore the value of high field MR on meningioma. Methods Eighteen patients with meningioma in spinal canal, which were confirmed with operation and pathology, were studied. All cases were examined by Siemens 1.5 Tasle MR system with SE T1 and T2 weighted sequences. Sagittal scanning of the spine was of routine in aid of transverse and coronal scanning if necessary. The location, shape, size, edge, signal, necrosis, intervertebral foramen and enhancement change on the MR images were observed and analyzed. Results Of 18 cases with meningioma, 6 cases were found the tumors were located in cervical spinal canal and 12 cases in thoracic spinal canal. The tumors lay in frontal side or backside of spinal canal respectively in 9 cases and 2 cases, and in right side of the spinal canal in 4 cases and in left side in 3 cases. The tumors were isointense in 17 cases on T1 weighted images and isointense in 9 cases and slight hyperintense in 9 cases on T2 weighted images. Marked homogeneous enhancement was showed in 14 cases after contrast enhancement. Conclusion The meningioma had many characteristic MR findings and could be correctly diagnosed with MR imagings in general. |
