目的 探讨轻度认知损伤(MCI)患者海马、杏仁核萎缩在Alzheimer病(AD)发病中的作用。 方法 MCI组11例,AD组15例,正常老年人14例。GE 1.5T MR机,3D-FSPGR序列采样,冠状位,层厚1.3mm, 层数60,计算机三维重建并进行杏仁核海马体积测量,经标准化校正后进行比较,随访MCI患者进展为AD的情况。 结果 AD组海马杏仁核体积萎缩25%(P<0.05),MCI组萎缩5%~13%(P>0.05)。27.3%的MCI患者经1年随访进展为AD。 结论 伴海马、杏仁核萎缩的MCI患者更易于进展为AD。 |

Objective To investigate the prediction of Alzheimer disease (AD) with MRI-based hippocampus and amygdala volumes in mild cognitive impairment(MCI). Methods 15 patients with AD, 11 with MCI and 14 normal elderly were examined by GE 1.5T MR machine using 3D-FSPGR sequence, 1.3mm slice thickness, 60 slices. The 3-dimensional reconstruction of hippocampus and amygdala was performed and measured on the Sunwork Station. The normalized volumes were analyzed, and one-year follow up study was performed in MCI patients. Results The AD patients had significantly smaller volumes of hippocampus and amygdala (-25%, P<0.05) compared to controls. The reduction of MCI in hippocampus and amygdala was mild(-5% to -13%, P>0.05). After one year follow-up, 27.3% in MCI met the criteria of AD. Conclusion Hippocampus and amygdala atrophy of MCI may be a predictor of developing AD. |
