目的 探讨双嘧达莫负荷超声评价冠状动脉狭窄的病理生理基础。 方法 双嘧达莫负荷超声评价慢性冠脉狭窄犬的室壁增厚率(%WT),放射性微球定量心肌血流量(MBF)。 结果 负荷状态,MBF储备<2的心肌节段%WT 减小;2≤ MBF储备<3的节段%WT 无明显变化;而MBF储备≥3的节段%WT反而增加。 结论 狭窄冠脉MBF储备的异常程度可能是双嘧达莫负荷超声评价冠脉狭窄的主要病理生理基础。 |

Objective To evaluate the physiopathologic basis of dipyridamole stress echocardiography in detecting coronary stenosis. Methods Fifteen dogs were studied 7~10 days after placement of ameriod constrictors around proximal LAD and LCX. MBF with radiolabeled microspheres and %WT with 2-D echocardiography was measured at rest, following 0.56mg/kg of dipyridamole. Results As compared with control, the %WT in the segments with MBF reserve <2 was decreased but the %WT in the segments with 2<MBF reserve ≤3 was not different after dipyridamole. The %WT, however, was increased in segments with MBF reserve 33 after dipyridamole. Conculsion The level of the abnormal MBF reserve in stenosed coronary artery may be the mainly physiopathologic basis of dipyridamole stress echocardiography in detecting coronary stenosis. |
