| 目的 分析8例CT误诊为胰腺囊腺瘤的原因。方法 8例作了CT平扫和增强扫描。 结果 经病理证实为胰腺结核、肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤、非功能性胰岛细胞瘤、胰腺囊实性肿瘤各1例, 胰腺癌和胰腺假囊肿各2例,其中3例呈单发囊性病变,5例为囊实性病变,肿瘤实性部分及囊壁和分隔强化,仅1例囊壁和分隔钙化。 结论 多数病例可根据CT表现再结合临床及其它影像检查,有助于与胰腺囊腺瘤的鉴别诊断。 |

| Objective To analyse reason of CT misdiagnoce for cystadenoma of pancreas before operation in 8 patients. Methods The CT examination of all cases were performed both with unenhanced and enhanced scans. Results The final diagnoses with proven pathologically in all patients included one case of pancreatic tuberculosis, nonfunctioning islet cell tumor, pancreatic cystic-solid tumor, adrenal phechromocytoma and two cases of pancreatic carcinoma and pseudocyst of pancreatitis respectively . Among these, three cases were single cystic mass and five cases were cystic and solid mass with enhancement of the solid component and cystic wall or septa on CT images. CT also showed calcification of cystic wall or septa in one case . Conclusion According to CT findings of the mass and combining with clinical date and other images examination, it is helpful for CT scans to distinguish the mass with cystadenoma of pancreas in most cases. |
