      目的 研究合理的颅内血管三维螺旋CT血管造影的技术。方法 对45例患者作3D-SCTA,在快速注射造影剂(3~4ml/s)后,收集计算机上的全部资料,用三维软件重建三维影像。 结果 43例显示了非常清晰的三维颅内血管影像,仅2例因注射造影剂速度较慢而三维影像不满意。结论 3D-SCTA是一种无创性和有用的显示颅内血管三维解剖的技术。在各种技术因素中造影剂注射速度和CT阈值最为重要。

      Objective To evaluate the optimization technique of 3D-SCTA in intracranial vascular. Methods Three-dimensional spiral CT angiography was perforemed in 45 cases. After the contrast (3~4ml/s) was fast injected, the all dates were collected from scan and then was transferred to computer. The 3D software was used to reconstruct 3D images. Results 43 cases demonstrated very clear 3D intracranial vascular images. Only 2 cases with 3D image was insufficient, because the contrast-injected rate was slight slowly. Conclusion 3D-SCTA is a noninvasive and useful technique for demonstrating the intracranial vascular 3D anatomy. Among the various technique factors, the contrast- injected rate and the CT threshold value are the most important factors.
