| 目的 提高颅骨破坏性疾病类的鉴别诊断水平。方法 结合文献回顾分析51例资料完整的颅骨破坏性疾病。结果 51例中,骨髓瘤为15例,脑膜瘤及转移性骨肿瘤各10例,骨髓炎、垂体腺瘤及嗜酸性肉芽肿各3例,血管瘤、胆脂瘤各2例,结核、听神经瘤、动脉瘤样骨囊肿各1例。结论 颅骨破坏性疾病应密切结合临床及影像学检查特点进行鉴别诊断。 |

| Objective To improve the differential diagnosis of destructive lesions in skull. Methods 51 patients with destructive lesions in skull were analyzed retrospectively and relative literature were reviewed. Results The etiology of the patients with the destructive lesions of skull was as followings : myeloma in 15, meningioma in 10 , bone metastases in 10 , osteomyelitis in 3, eosinophilic granuloma in 3 pituitary adenoma in 3 , hemangioma in 2, dermoid cysts in 2, patients respectively , and tuberculosis of bone, acoustic neusoma and aneurysmal bone cysts in 1 case respectively. Conclusion The etiology of the destructive lesions in skull are varied ,which has similar findings in imaging exams. Differential diagnosis depends on careful analysis of imaging appearance combining with the clinical findings. |
