| 目的 探讨B-Flow技术在下肢静脉曲张症中的应用价值。方法 应用B-Flow 显像技术、彩色血流显像(CDFI)和血流功率图(PDI),对33例(44条下肢静脉)经临床及X线造影确诊为下肢静脉曲张症的患者,进行术前超声血流动力学检测。结果 B-Flow技术结合CDFI或PDI、频谱可明确病因和范围、严重程度。结论 B-Flow有更高帧频、高分辨力和全景显示功能。为下肢静脉曲张症提供可靠的病因、定位诊断和半定量诊断,为临床诊治提供依据。 |

| Purpose To evaluate the value in varicosis of lower limb (VLL) by B-Flow. Methods 33 cases with VLL diagnosed by angiography were observed by B-Flow and CDFI. Dynamics of blood flow were detected pre-operation. Results The causes of the disease and range involved could be defined combined with CDFI or PDI. The degrees of the venous lesion may be classified . Conclusion B-Flow has more functions of high frame rate, high dynamic range and bandwidth. B-Flow can provide effective evidences of the disease, the locating diagnosis and semi-quantificational diagnosis.
