| 目的 探讨B-Flow显像技术在下肢血栓形成疾病诊断中的价值。方法 用2D-B/W、CDFI、PDI 和B-Flow四种显示模式对45例(63条)下肢动静脉血栓形成患者分别进行对比研究分析。结果 本组下肢血栓形成病例中,动脉血栓9例(15条),静脉血栓36例(48条)。完全梗塞33例(43条),部分梗塞8例(15条),部分再通4例(5条)。B-Flow显像的主要优点是:①提高了图像帧频和轴向分辨力;②全景血流显示功能,无溢出伪像;③同时清晰显示血流信息、血栓形态、血管壁与周围组织的解剖关系。结论 B-Flow显像对下肢血栓形成疾病的诊断是一种新型有价值的影像学方法。 |

| Purpose To evaluate the value of B-Flow imaging in the diagnosis of vascular thrombosis of lower extremities. Methods Comparing and analyzing the imaging characteristics of the cases with four displaying modes of 2D-B/W, CDFI, PDI and B-Flow in 63 vessels of 45 patients. Results In 45 cases there were 9 cases of arterial embolism(15 vessels) and 36 cases of venous(48 vessels). Amount these cases, there were 33 cases of full infarct, 8 cases of partial infarct and 4 cases of partial reopened. The main advantages of B-Flow are as follow: ①Extending the wideband resolution and high frame rate. ②Panoramic view of blood flow without overflowing artifact. ③It can reveal the status of blood flowing, the shape of thrombus and relationships between the vessels wall and the tissue simultaneously. Conclusion B-Flow is a new way and reliable means in diagnosis of vascular thrombosis of lower extremities. Thrombosis of lower extremities;B-Flow;CDFI |
