目的观察高强度超声(HIU) 对肿瘤营养血管的破坏作用,此作用对抑制肿瘤的增生和转移,促使肿瘤
良性化有重要意义。方法采用肝肿瘤血管染料灌注和病理检察相结合的方法,观察HIU 对兔VX2 肝脏肿瘤营养
血管破坏的情况。结果HIU 治疗后,血管染料灌注不再充盈,病理学方法显示肿瘤营养血管和肿瘤组织发生凝固
性坏死。结论HIFU 可能较完全破坏肿瘤营养血管,防止血管再生,从而有可能抑制肿瘤的再生和转移,促使肿瘤
良性化。 |

Objective To evaluate the damage effect of high intensity ulstrasound (HIU) on carcinoma vascularities ,the
effet is important for HIU to inhibitit tumor growth and metastases and make it become benign being. Methods The animal models of the VX2 tumor in the rabbit liver was setup ,compared with histological examination ,hepatic carcinoma vascularities dye perfusion was observed. Results After HIU treatment ,hepatic carcinoma vascularities dye perfusion was decreased or was not found Histological examination indicated HIU makes carcinoma vascularities with whole tumor tissue coagulative necrosis. Conclusion HIU may damage carcinoma vascularities thoroughly ,in such way it may inhibit tumor
growth and metastases ,which makes tumor return benign form. |
