| 目的评价不同孕周胎盘超声分级的分布规律。方法根据妊娠结果选取1296 例正常妊娠胎盘图像,
从孕13～41 周,计数不同孕周胎盘分级的频率。结果胎盘分级与孕周密切相关,足月妊娠时83 %为Ⅱ级胎盘,
17 %为Ⅲ及胎盘。结论正常妊娠成熟胎盘多出现在35 周以后,在35 周前出现Ⅲ级胎盘图像,应警惕各种病理妊
娠出现。 |

| Objective To evaluate the correlation of ultrasonic placenta grading to advancing gestational age. Methods
504 outpatient and inpatient pregnant women with 1296 normal placenta images were examined by ultrasound from 13～41
weeks of gestation , the frequency of any given placental grade was calculated. Results At term in normal pregnancies ,
83 % have grade Ⅱplacenta ,17 % have grade Ⅲplacenta. Conclusion Under normal condition ,placenta will mature after
35th week of gestation. A grade Ⅲplacenta prior to 35th week of gestation may indicate the subsequent development of
high risk pregnancy. |
