| 目的和方法探讨彩超对胡桃夹现象的诊断意义及临床价值。诊断标准:左肾静脉夹角段直径与左肾
静脉肾门段直径比值< 30 %。结果120 例病人左肾静脉的夹角段直径范围在0.12～0.21cm 之间。平均0.16cm。
肾门段直径范围在0.60～0.94cm 之间。平均0.71cm。结论彩超诊断胡桃夹现象既方便又实用,为反复血尿、蛋
白尿而无法用实验室检查确诊的病人提供了较为有意义的临床指导,强调超声探测时注意排除干扰因素以达到诊
断的准确性。 |

| Objective and Methods To research into the diagnostic significance and clinical value of CDU on nut-cracker
phenomenon. Diagnostic criteria :the ratio of the diameter of the left renal vein’s angel segment to that of the portal segment is less than 30 %. Results In the 120 cases , the diameters of the angel segments were 0. 12～0. 21cm , with an average of 0. 16cm. And the diameters of the portal segments were 0. 60～0. 94cm , with an average of 0. 71cm. Conclusion
It is convenient and practical for the diagnosis of NCP with CDU. It supplied us with a clinical meaningful direction to
the diagnosis of the reversal hemateria and proteinuria that couldn’t be assured by laboratory examinations. We also emphasized that much more attention should be paid during ultrasonic detection to exclude the interfering factors so that correct diagnosis coule be got . |
