| 目的评价二维及彩色多普勒超声在动脉瘤诊断中的应用价值。方法真、假性及夹层动脉瘤各4 、11
及8 例。观测瘤体和受累动脉的超声表现。结果真性动脉瘤管腔局部扩张,平均内径31cm ,2 例伴附壁血栓。假
性动脉瘤瘤体内见漩涡状血流、附壁血栓及破裂口处双期双向血流。夹层动脉瘤病变动脉内可见纤弱回声光带,假
腔内血流速度缓慢,真腔内呈五彩血流信号。结论二维及彩色多普勒超声检查不仅可以观察动脉瘤体及受累动
脉情况,还可实时监测其血流动力学变化。 |

| Purpose The study was to evaluate the color Doppler flow imaging in the diagnosis of aneurysm. Methods
Twenty-three patients including true aneurysm 4 , pseudoaneurysm 11 and dissecting aneurysm 8 were studied by two-dimensional ultrtasonography and color Doppler flow imaging. Results The Dilation of the arterial wall was seen in the true
aneurysms and 2 of them with thrombosis in the lumens. Whirling flow and thrombosis could be seen in pseudoaneurysms.
The dissecting membranes and the blood flow signal in the false and true lumens of the arterial dissection patients were detected. Conclusion The ultrasonographic characteristics and the hemodynamics of aneurysm could be reliably supplied with
two-dimensional ultrtasonography and color Doppler flow imaging. |
