| 目的介绍不同疾病导致的胰腺囊性疾病的CT 表现及相关临床手术病理回顾,提高对本组疾病的认
识。方法胰腺常规CT 扫描,10mm 层厚及层间距,对较小病灶2～5mm 薄层扫描,平扫加强化。结果4 例胰腺
假性囊肿,2 例胰腺多发性脓肿,1 例囊腺瘤,1 例坏死性胰腺癌,1 例胰腺寄生虫性囊肿。结论胰腺囊性疾病是一
组含囊病变的总称。以发病率统计最常见是胰腺假性囊肿,其次为囊性肿瘤,胰腺脓肿、寄生虫性囊肿少见。 |

| Objective To introduce CT finding of cystic pancreatic diseases. (CPD) and improve knowledge of it . Methods 9 cases of CPD proved by surgery and pathology were retrospectively analyzed. CT diagnosis and differential diagnosis
was discussed , conventional 10mm scan thickness and interval and thin thickness scan of the lesion were done. Results 4
cases of pancreatic pseudocyst , 2 cases of multiple pancreatic abscess , 1 case of pancreatic cystadenoma , 1 case of parasitic
cyst were discovered. Conclusion The diagnostic value of CT for determining the orientation is confirmed , but to determine the nature of the disease has some difficulties. |
