| 目的研究癌细胞DNA 含量与周围型肺癌CT 征象的关系。方法取资料齐全者32 例,用病理图像分
析仪采用吸光度法对癌细胞核DNA 含量检测,所得数据资料与CT 征象进行相关性分析。结果瘤体直径> 3cm
者,DI 值显著高于瘤体直径≤3cm( P < 0.01) ;深分叶征、棘状突起、含气支气管征、血管集束征、胸膜凹陷征和淋巴
结转移的有无,DI 值比较均有统计学差异( P 均< 0.01) 。结论周围型肺癌的肿块> 3cm ,深分叶征、棘状突起、含
气支气管征、血管集束征、胸膜凹陷征和淋巴结转移等CT 征象均与癌细胞的DNA 含量有显著相关。 |

| Purpose To study the correlation between DNA contentsand CT feature of peripheral lung carcinomas.
Methods The DNA contents of 32 patients withperipheral lung carcinomas were measured by means of photodensity
method with pathologicalimage analyzer. Results Tumors with diameter over 3cm had higher DI value ( P < 0.01) ; tumor with air-bronchogram , deep lobulation , spiculate protuberance , pleura indentation or mediastinal lymph nodemetastasis
had remarkable difference in DI value ( P < 0.01) . Conclusion The peripheral lung carcinomas with diameter over 3cm ,
and showde deep lobulation , spiculate protuberance , air-bronchogram , pleura indentation or mediastinal lmyph node metastasis had significantly correlation with DNA contents. |
